Farm Buildings Conversion

An excellent group of redundant grade II listed farm buildings, including two very large threshing barns. The buildings are all thatched. We successfully obtained planning and listed building consents for a sensitive conversion scheme creating four houses. In addition to conservation objectives, dealing with protected species was a particular aspect of this project as the buildings provide home to owls and several types of bats.
